Before and After School Programs
REGISTRATION FOR WINTER/SPRING 2012 PROGRAMS STARTS ON JANUARY 3, 2012
Art, music, drama and games guide the curriculum for our Chinese, French, Japanese and Spanish classes. We offer beginning, intermediate and advanced levels in these languages from kindergarten through middle school grades. Since our focus is on oral proficiency, classes are conducted entirely in the target language so that students are fully engaged in the language and culture they are studying. Classes are held on site at your children’s school.
Our teachers are dynamic, creative and love sharing their native languages and cultures with children!
General Information
This program is for families at Seattle Public schools Adams, Arbor Heights, Catharine Blaine, Coe, John Hay, Lawton, Orca K-8, Queen Anne, Whittier, and St. Anne School who would like to sign up for extra-curricular world language classes.
Languages:
Chinese (Mandarin), French, Japanese and Spanish
Class size:
Our focus is on oral proficiency, so class sizes are small. We limit all classes to 12 students per class in order to give students plenty of time to practice expressing themselves in their target language.
Schedule:
Classes meet two, three or five times per week either before or after school in coordination with the regular school day schedule. No language classes are held on regular school closures (holidays, snow days, etc.).

Session Length:
Session 1:
10 Weeks / 20 classes October - December
Session 2:
15 Weeks / 30 classes February - June
Communication:
Once you have registered, you will receive information by email regarding all class details before the session starts.
All communication about the class (class location, schedule, lesson plans, periodic program information, etc) will be done by email. If you do not have access to email, please contact Barbara Ford at 206-708-4633.
Tuition Amount:
Session 1
10 week session of two times per week, 45 minute classes $220
10 week session of three times per week, 45 minute classes $330
10 week session of five times per week, 45 minute classes $555
Session 2
15 week session of two times per week, 45 minute classes $330
15 week session of five times per week, 45 minute classes $825

Family Discount:
If you are enrolling more than one student from the same family, there is a 10% discount on tuition for all siblings after the first one registers at the published tuition rate. Use "Continue Shopping" button to register another student. Please email info@thelanguagelinkllc.com regarding sibling discount arrangements.
Payment:
Payment can be made online with major credit cards or paypal. Please follow instructions in the registration and payment page.

Registration Deadline and Payment Due Date:
3 weeks before the session starts. Your payment by this date secures a space for your child. Please see the schedule page for the current session.
Scholarships:
